Reflections

A vision of hosting a retreat here in Southern Puglia took shape in 2023, even before I knew it would become my new home.  The Sacred Soul Activation Retreat was launched this past October 2025 and brought together an incredible community of participants and local practitioners.

A weeklong ceremony of harmony, healing, fun, adventure, laughter, sisterhood and so much more.

I am so deeply grateful to these sacred lands which held us so beautifully, along with the timeless wisdom and practices from this ancient region of Italy.

There is presence in paradise here from the early morning sunrises, organic, farm to table meals carefully prepared and sessions and excursions with myself and guest practitioners that would bring new understanding, healing, releasing and connection like no other experience.

As the Retreat Host, my desire and vision for my retreats is curating the invitation, container and experiences that welcome souls who are ready to shed what no longer serves them and step into their soul’s activation. Whether that is helping to stabilize your nervous system so you can feel what calm brings, shift into that vision you carry deep inside or even just to be in community of other beautiful souls in this magical land of Puglia.

This all-inclusive experience incorporated the five elements of earth, water, air, fire and ether, along with different energy modalities of reiki, breathwork, plant energy, yoga and so much more.

Every experience, detail and breath has been carefully woven to create a life changing weeklong journey, in the heart of Italy’s most eastern most point, bringing the local culture, cuisine and traditions to the forefront.
